Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment. Delivery is currently limited to within the UK.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you are not sending your credit/debit card information via our site (secure) you will need to contact us after placing the order with such details.
Shipping And Handling We will select a suitable shipping method depending upon the size and destination of your order.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally despatch your order within 3 business days. Please allow a further 5 days for carriage.

Trolleys which require a 2 man delivery team may take upto 28 days from date of order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to change your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT at 17.5% is included in all displayed prices.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All our products are fully guaranteed as long as they are used for their intended purpose. Should you have reason to be dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to us for examination.
